Terms of Use

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per person. Making more accounts to get free credits isn't allowed.
• Keep your sign-in safe: you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Using Bzan fairly

Don't use Bzan to:

• break the law or harm anyone;
• upload or make content that is illegal or hateful, that sexualizes minors, or that breaks someone else's rights;
• try to get content against the content rules below, however the request is put;
• send feedback that insults, threatens or harasses anyone, is sexual, or is spam;
• attack Bzan, overload it, get around its limits, or resell it without our permission.

Content rules

Bzan is a study tool for school and university students. In chats, slides, docs, the pictures it makes and the photos it finds, it never makes, writes or shows:

• AI pictures of people, animals or other creatures with a face; hands, figures seen from behind and organs for study are fine (photos it finds may show people);
• sexual content of any kind: erotic writing or role-play, nudity, or sexual pictures, of anyone, real or drawn;
• pictures of people dressed against these rules: a woman or girl covered from the shoulders to the wrists and ankles (her face, hair, neck, hands and feet may show), in clothes that aren't tight or see-through, and a man or boy covered from the navel to below the knees;
• seductive poses or looks, or intimacy;
• changes to a photo that keep a person or animal in it (taking them out is fine).

Bzan checks requests, pictures and photos against these rules and won't make or show anything that breaks them, even when it was asked for innocently. Respectful questions about health, biology or religion are answered.

AI answers

Answers, slides, docs and transcripts are made by AI models from other companies. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important before you rely on it. When you use a model, its maker's usage policies apply too.

Your content

What you write and upload, and what Bzan makes for you, is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Bzan for you.

Credits

Bzan runs on credits, which you spend while you have a monthly plan. A new account gets welcome credits to use for 5 days. A plan adds its credits each month you pay for it, and renewing early adds the next month's credits right away. Credits don't expire: when your plan ends, what's left is frozen until your next plan. Plans don't renew by themselves. What each action costs is shown in Bzan and may change.

Our responsibility

Bzan is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the accuracy of what the AI makes, or for any loss from using Bzan.

Ending your use

You can stop using Bzan at any time, and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Trying to get content against the content rules is reported to our admins, who may warn you or close your account, and so may abusive feedback.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using Bzan after a change means you accept it.
